About The Owner

From 1983 to 1996, I started as a Local 393 plumbing apprentice. I progressed to general foreman and ended my field career on a large Intel project. (Therma)

From 1996 to 2005, I moved into the office as a project manager. I performed most of my own estimates and some designs. (Therma)

From 2005 to 2009, I went to Reno to bid, manage, and coordinate, a new full hospital project, including a central plant, parking structure, main hospital high rise, and site utilities. I also performed all of the Reno NV area plumbing estimates and designs. (Savage and Son)

From 2009 to 2011, I returned to the Bay Area to manage the preconstruction of the new San Francisco General Hospital main high-rise building. I performed all design assist with Gayner Engineers, project management, budgets, and the final bid. (ACCO ES)

From 2011 to 2015, I performed some key budgets, estimates, and bid interviews: Levi’s stadium, Cal Berkeley Memorial Stadium, The Warrior’s new arena, The Apple donut, etc. (ACCO ES)

From 2015 to 2019, I continued to manage, estimate, and design various projects (UMI, Accel Air Systems)

In 2019, I retired from UA Local 393.

From 2019 to 2024, I continued to manage, estimate, and design various projects. (ATS)
